Developing Strategies and Action Steps for Improving the Performance of District Panchayats on Secondary Educations in Kerala

A project supported by United Nations Children’s Fund

The project is an attempt to document the interventions of District Panchayat in secondary education in Kerala. The project is implemented as a collaborative initiative of the Kerala State Planning Board (KSPB), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and Integrated Rural Technology Center IRTC. The project is entirely funded by UNICEF. KSPB will be the agency coordinating agency of district panchayats and district planning offices for the purpose of the study. IRTC will be acting as an overall project coordination agency for the smooth running of the program. IRTC will also coordinate fieldwork and preparation of reports in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund and the Kerala State Planning Board.
