IRTC has conducted a training course in Jack fruit and mango processing during 29th - 30th june 2015. Preparations of various Jack-fruit and mango based products viz. jack-fruit squash, Jack-fruit bar, jack-fruit halva / peda, jack-fruit pickle, Mango jam and mango squash were demonstrated. 8 persons participated in the program. On evaluation, the training was rated “excellent”.
